Our optimized repair process adapts to each customer’s requirements and spindle condition.
Our mission is to return your spindle in a condition as close to original as possible. Motor spindles are run to maximum rated speed under their own power — not driven by a separate motor and pulley.
VFD driven motor tests verify every new and existing sensor in the spindle. Eight-channel data loggers monitor spindle speed, mechanical axial shaft displacement, thermal shaft growth, bearing and shaft temperatures, tool positioning, vibration in the X, Y and Z axis.
The resulting data provides evidence of a mechanically sound repair and makes deficiencies visible while they can still be corrected.
